Information about the order process

How can you place an order and what is the delivery method?

Via the webshop you can order seeds and follow the order process beyond. We will ask you for some data and to agree with the delivery conditions. After placing an order via the shop, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation means that we received your order and that we are working on it. 
You have to pay the total amount of your order before sending. You can choose for the option 'Paying directly via PayPal' or the other option: 'Sending the amount to our bill number, using the IBAN and BIC details'.

The delivery time is strongly dependent on the availability in our stock or the availability of the seeds at the nurseries. Normally orders have a delivery time of 2 weeks, depending on the country.
The costs for delivery are as follows: For countries in Europe 1,50 euro and for countries outside Europe 2,50 euro. All the prizes that are given in the webshop are exclusive 6% VAT. 
May'be you already mentioned that some species have the message "Currently not available' or 'Longer delivery time'. The reason for this is the freshness of the seeds. All our seeds are of good quality and therefore they have to be fresh. So perhaps some species are not all year available.
